Phil. in Clinical Psychology, PsyD in Clinical Psychology, and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. The M.Phil in Clinical Psychology program is the most well-liked and desired by students.

Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is a 4 Year Regular based course available in very few institutions in India that focuses to provide the student with clinical and applied aspect knowledge of Psychology. Students who are preparing and giving the entrance for either M. Phil or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology also apply for this. The students apply for this course to complete their Doctorate and get the RCI License as well as to practice as Clinical Psychologists in India.

The PsyD in Clinical Psychology course is divided into 4 parts in which the students study various clinical and practice assessments of the course. In the first three years, candidates experience participating in a range of service settings during their clinical assignments, including outpatient, in-patient/residential, brief care, outreach, and community services. The students are supervised by RCI Recognized Clinical psychologists with doctoral degrees in these sessions. Later in the course, students complete a 1 year long full-time rotational shift internship under their supervisor.

RCI PsyD Clinical Psychology Affiliation

The Course is Recognized by RCI which states that after completing the course the student will be an RCI Recognized Clinical psychologist and eligible to practice in an Institution or open their Private Clinic in India. The student will also have the Designation of a Doctor as well as the RCI License to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in India.
