Applications are available at Jamia Milia Islamia for various Graduate, Post Graduate, Diploma, and Certificate Programmes, including Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling under the Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE).

2. NIPCCD Regional Centre, Guwahati
Applications are available at NIPCCD Regional Centre for Advanced Diploma in Child Guidance and Counselling.
The National Institute of Public Cooperation and Child Development (NIPCCD) is an autonomous institute operating under the Ministry of Women & Child Development (Government of India). It was founded in 1966 with the primary objective of promoting voluntary action, conducting research, providing training, and documenting initiatives related to women and child development across India.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates satisfying any of the below-mentioned criteria are eligible for this course.
Masters Degree in Social Work / Sociology / Psychology / Child Development / Community Resource Management / Development Studies / Education / Extension Education / Nursing / Special Education from a recognized university.
Or,
M.Ed. from a recognized University.
Or,
Any recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work / Sociology / Psychology / Child Development / Community Resource Management / Development Studies / Education / Extension Education / Nursing / Special Education with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with children.
Or,
B.Ed. from a recognized University with a minimum of 4 years of experience working with children.
Note: The candidate must also have studied English (Elective/Core/Functional) (01 paper) at 10+2 level or higher.
Admissions Procedure
Admissions will be based on a Written Entrance Test, Group Discussion, and Interview. Applicants must have a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in their qualifying degree. Candidates with pending results will also be eligible for admission, provided they clear the exam they appeared for by November.
Candidates need to submit a Medical Certificate indicating fitness from the Government Hospital at the time of admission.
