MA/MSc Psychology Admission 2021 Open in Central Universities (CUCET-21)


NTA on behalf of Central University has invited online applications for admission in various courses including MA/M.Sc Psychology/Applied Psychology/Sports Psychology for the academic session of 2021.

Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) is a common entrance test held for admissions to various Under Graduate & Post Graduate Programmes of participating Central Universities. It provides a single-window opportunity to the students to seek admission to these participating Universities across the nation.  Currently, 12 Central Universities are participating in the CU-CET 2021. Out of which 7 Central Universities are offering Master’s Degree in Psychology and details for the same is given below in this article.

Till 2020, CUCET was being conducted by the Central University itself. But now, The National Testing Agency (NTA) has been entrusted by the Central University (CU), with the task of conducting of CUCET from the session 2021 onwards.

National Test Agency (NTA) is approved by the Union Council of Ministers of India and its main purpose is to conduct various national level common entrance tests nationwide. NTA conducts various Entrance Tests in various central Universities established by the Ministry of Education (MHRD).

Commencement of Online Registration: August 16th, 2021

Last Date for Online Registration: September 01th, 2021 (up to 11:50 pm)

Last Date of successful fee transaction: 02 September, 2021 (up to 11:50 pm)

Date of Correction in Application form: 03 to 04 September, 2021

Date of Admit Card availability: Will be announced soon

Exam Dates: 15, 16, 23 and 24 September 2021

Mode of exam: LAN Based CBT (Computer Based Test)

Pattern of exam: Objective Type comprising Multiple Choice Questions

Medium of Paper: Only English (other than language Courses)
