DIMHANS, Dharwad has invited online applications from eligible Karnataka domicile candidates to apply for M.Sc Clinical Psychology admission in session 2023-24. The M.Sc Clinical Psychology course was introduced on October 2022. Further details regarding the admission are as follows.
Dharwad Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (DIMHANS) is a mental health and neuroscience research and treatment center located in Dharwad, Karnataka, India. DIMHANS provides various Post Graduate courses under its command including Nursing, Psychiatry, Psychiatry social work, and clinical Psychology. The Clinical Psychology course was introduced at institution in 2019. Furthermore, DIMHANS is also recognized by RCI to provide M.Phil Clinical Psychology course.
M.Sc Clinical Psychology
M.Sc Clinical Psychology is a 2 year full time regular based course. The Eligibility Crtieris to apply for this course at DIMHANS is Regular BA in Psychology or/B.A./ B.Sc Degree with Psychology as one of the optional subjects in all the 6 semesters or 3 years. Also, more than 50% marks are must to apply for this course. Candidate should have Karnataka domicile certificate.
There are total 20 seats for M.Sc Clinical Psychology at DIMHANS. The Seats will be filled as per Karnataka State Government reservation roster for higher education. However, if there are no no eligible candidates, under any applicable reserved seats, the seats should be filled by general merit.

Entrance Exam Pattern of DIMHANS:
There shall be Multiple Choice Question (MCQ), Fill in the Blanks and Descriptive Type Questions in the Entrance Examination. The candidate will be provided 45 minutes to solve 50 questions of the entrance exam. The Date of the entrance exam is 06th February 2023. Furthermore, Time of the entrance exam is 11:00 am to 11:30 pm. The Reporting time is 10:00 AM. Also, The Venue of the entrance exam is Dharwad Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences ( DIMHANS) ( class room,1st Floor ).
