Admission Procedure:
The Selected Candidates are asked to complete their admission procedure at the JSS Medical College on or before the last date given below. The candidates are required to physically submit all the original documents mentioned below with 3 sets of photocopies on the day of reporting. After the submission of the document the candidates will receive the link for that payment on their email id and after paying fee for the course the admission procedure will be completed.
List of Documents Required at The Time of Reporting & Admission:
1) S.S.L.C./Equivalent examination marks card.
2) 10+2/ II P.U.C./Equivalent examination marks card.
3) Graduation marks cards (each year/semester).
4) Postgraduate marks cards (each year/semester).
5) Transfer Certificate from last studied institution.
6) Migration Certificate from the University.
7) Course discontinuation bond should be notarized (Annexure).
8) Conduct Certificate.
9) Certificate of category (SC/ST/OBC- if applicable).
10) Experience Certificate (if applicable).
11) Aadhar Card copy of the student.
12) Pan Card copy of the parent.
13) Six passport size photographs of which one to be affixed to the online application form in the space provided.
