Mental Health Institute (Centre of Excellence), SCB Medical College & Hospital, Cuttack has invited applications in prescribed format through post or offline submission for the M. Phil Clinical Psychology course for the session 2021-2023. This is a 2 Year regular course through which the students will get a license by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
SCB Medical College & Hospital is one of the oldest centers of medical teaching and training in India. The Institution is located near Mangalabag area of Cuttack City. It includes a huge campus of 101 acres which is recognized by the Medica Council on India (MCI).

Eligibility Criteria:
- M.A./M.Sc. degree in Psychology from a University recognized by the U.G.C. by cut-off date of 06.11.2021 with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate.
(For ST/SC category minimum of 50% marks in aggregate is essential.)
- The candidate has to be a permanent resident of Odisha.
Course Fees: Rs. 24200/- (Approximately) for 2 Years
Application Fees: Rs. 1500/-
Application fee should be paid in the shape of Bank Draft of State Bank of India, drawn in favor of “Convener, M. Phil. Selection Committee, MHI, Cuttack” Payable at Cuttack.
Application Procedure:
The Candidate is required to download the application form from the link given below. The Duly filled application should be reached before the last date at the Institution through mail or physical submission with the Bank Draft of the application fee and documents enclosed. The candidates are asked to wait for the further process.
Documents to be enclosed with the application form:
a) Self-attested copy of resident/ nativity certificate from the competent authority issued not
before five years.
b) Self-attested copy of H.S.C. certificate.
c) Self-attested copies of certificates & mark sheets of M.A/ M.Sc. /MSW or equivalent
examinations
d) Self-attested copy of conduct certificate from the institution last attended.
e) Self-attested copy of the certificate from the competent authority in support of reservation category
claimed.
f) Two recent passport-size photographs (one to be affixed in the application form and another in
the Admit Card).
g) One self-addressed envelope (25x 12 cms) with Rs.40/- postage stamp affixed.
h) Copy of the intimation letter to the employer if applicable (vide Clause 17.6)
