Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya is a Central University based in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh. It is also known as Dr. HSG University and it is formally known as Sagar University or the University of Saugor. It was founded on 18 July 1946 by the name of Sagar University during British Rule. The University is the oldest University in the state of Madhya Pradesh.

Ph.D. Psychology: Master’s degree in the concerned/relevant/allied subject with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent CGPA or equivalent Grade.
