Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for M.Phil. Clinical Psychology program at SCB College, candidates must have completed M.A. /M.Sc. degree in Psychology from a university recognized by the UGC by the cutoff date of 20 November 2023 with at least 55% marks in aggregate. For ST/SC category candidates there is a relaxation of 5% marks, hence they need to attain at least 50% marks in total to be eligible for the program.
Besides this, the candidate must be a permanent resident of Odisha.

There are total 12 seats available for M.Phil Clinical Psychology program at SCB Medical College & Hospital. Out of 12 seats, 10 seats are unreserved. 1 Seat is reserved for ST category and remaining 1 is reserved for SC category candidates. It should be noted that if suitable candidates are not available as per the reservation criteria of seats, the seats will be considered as unreserved.

- Two recent passport-size photographs
- Self-attested copy of the certificate from the competent authority to claim the reservation category
- One self-addressed envelope with Rs.42/- postage stamp affixed
- Copy of the intimation letter to the employer if applicable

Application Fee Structure
Candidates need to make a payment of ₹1500/- as the application fee in the shape of the bank draft of State Bank of India, drawn in favor of the above-mentioned address (Convener, M.Phil. selection committee, MHI, Cuttack) payable at Cuttack is to be enclosed in original along with the application.
Candidates must note that the application fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
