Master in Clinical Psychology (MClinPsy) RCI

The Master in Clinical Psychology (MClinPsy - RCI) programme at MAN College, Guna, is a professional postgraduate course that includes clinical training, psychological assessment, and therapeutic interventions.

Upon completing the programme and fulfilling the applicable RCI requirements, graduates can pursue registration as Clinical Psychologists with the RCI.

  • Programme Fee: 5 lakh per year

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admission to the MClinPsy-RCI programme at Man College must meet the prescribed academic qualifications and minimum percentage requirement. Applicants can meet the eligibility criteria through any of the following routes:

  • 4-year BA/BSc in Psychology from a UGC-recognized university.
  • 3-year BA/BSc in Psychology + 1-year Bridge Course.
  • 3-year BA/BSc in Psychology + 1-year MA/MSc in Psychology.

Applicants must have secured a minimum of 55% marks from a UGC-recognized university.

Method of Selection

Admission to the MClinPsy-RCI programme at Man College will be based on the following:

  • Entrance Examination (Written MCQ-based test) and
  • an Interview.

The final merit list will be determined based on the candidate’s combined performance in the Entrance Examination and Interview.

  • Duration: 4 Years – Direct Entry & 2 Years – Lateral Entry
  • Seats: 04 (Four)

Eligibility Criteria for PsyD Clinical Psychology

Man College offers admission to the PsyD in Clinical Psychology programme through two admission routes, Direct Entry and Lateral Entry.

Candidates must meet the eligibility requirements for their chosen admission route.

Eligibility Criteria for Direct Entry

Candidates applying through the Direct Entry route must fulfil the following requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: MA or MSc in Psychology from a UGC-recognized university
  • Minimum Marks: 65% for General category candidates and 60% for SC, ST, and OBC candidates
  • Letters of Recommendation (LoRs) (if selected, needed at the time of final admission): Two Letters of Recommendation from permanent faculty members of the institution where the Master’s degree was completed
  • The candidate should have completed the Master’s Degree not more than five years prior to the date of application.
Eligibility Criteria for Lateral Entry

Candidates applying through the Lateral Entry route must meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: MPhil in Clinical Psychology, recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI)
  • Minimum Marks: Minimum 55% aggregate marks
  • Additional Requirements: Part I and Part II of the MPhil programme must have been completed on the first attempt
  • Letters of Recommendation (LoRs) (if selected, needed at the time of final admission): Two Letters of Recommendation from permanent faculty members of the institution where the MPhil degree was completed

Selection Process
