PhD Psychology Admissions 2024 | Amity University Noida

Applications are being invited at Amity University, Noida from eligible candidates for the admission to Ph.D. program. The applications are for the January session. Students who fulfill the eligibility can apply online through the link mentioned in this article. Applications are accepted twice a year for the Ph.D. program at Amity University (January and July). More information about the admission process and program are as follows.

Amity University, a private educational institution with several campuses nationwide, provides a diverse range of academic programs at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. Among the offerings is a variety of psychology programs, such as M. Phil Clinical Psychology, M.A. Applied Psychology, M.A. in Counselling Psychology, M.A. Psychology, and M.Sc. Clinical Psychology, and M.Sc. Psychology.

Eligibility Criteria

The minimum eligibility for Ph.D. Psychology at Amity University is a two-year Master’s in Psychology OR M.Phil. Clinical Psychology from a recognized Indian University or Foreign University. Besides this, it is necessary to gain at least 55% marks or equivalent grades in the Master’s or M.Phil. degree. (The eligibility is applicable for all Ph.D. programs except Engineering and Technology)

Note: The candidates who have successfully cleared the national-level competitive examination like GATE /UGC-NET within the last 3 years of the Ph.D. session need not to appear in written test at Amity University. Those candidates will be called for Interview round only.

Note: Besides the Entrance Test, there will be an Interview as well by the Faculty Research Committee (FRC) of 30 Marks

Application Fee

Candidates, who are applying for Ph.D. Psychology at Amity University needs to make a payment of ₹1500/- as an application fee.

Application Process

Once you sign up there, you must choose the program you are applying for.
After this, you have to make a payment of ₹1500 by any payment method you prefer.
Once you make payment, further options for more information will be open like Personal Details, Education Details, and Documents Window, etc.
After the entire process, you have to submit the application.

Last Date to Apply

The last date to apply for PhD Psychology at Amity University Noida is 18th January 2024. The Entrance test will be on 24th January 2024.
