Online Workshop on Psychological Testing

The six-day online workshop is formulated for psychology students and professionals to equip them with practical skills in psychological testing. It is a crucial element of clinical & applied psychology. Thus, the goal is to build competence and confidence in professionals for psychometric work. It is a training that would act as a bridge from academic learning to real-world application. The workshop will be facilitated by RCI-registered faculty who will focus on understanding the purpose of each test, administration, scoring, interpretation, and report writing.

Participants will gain theoretical underpinnings, ethical considerations, and practical guidance with respect to widely used psychological assessments. Also, an understanding would be gained on the principles of selection of each assessment tool, analyzing test results, and generating meaningful interpretations. Therefore, making participants ready for clinical practices and psychological assessment roles. Each session will combine interactive live classes, case discussion, and a Q&A segment.
