Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Hospital is a unit of Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Science and Technology, Jaipur also known as MGUMST. The University was originally established in 1999, under the leadership of a Renowned Gynaecologist and Specialist in IVF and Microsurgery, Dr. M.L. Swarankar. The Medical College and Hospital was established on 2 October 2001 as a unit of the University.

Name of the Course: Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology

Duration of the Course: 2 Years

Eligibility Criteria: Master’s Degree in Clinical psychology with at least 55% marks in the aggregate. A relaxation of 5% is available for the SC/ST/OBC-NCL/MBC-NCL/Differently-abled category students.

Note: Students who have cleared the UGC-NET/JRF will be exempted from the Entrance Test. They will however be required to appear for Interview & Viva-voce for interaction and research aptitude assessment.

Name of the Course: M. Phil in Clinical Psychology

Duration of the Course: 2 Years

Number of Seats: 10 (Ten)

Eligibility: M.A./M.Sc. Degree in Psychology/Clinical Psychology or equivalent from a University recognized by the UGC with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate. For SC/ST category, a minimum of 50% in aggregate is essential

Fee Structure:

Tuition Fees: Rs. 03 Lacs (for full course), Rs. 1.50 Lacs to be deposited at the time of admission. One post-dated cheque of balance amount (Rs. 1.50 Lacs) as tuition fees of second year also to be deposited at the time of admission.

Caution Money: Rs. 20,000/- to be deposited at the time of admission. This amount is interest-free and refundable on completion of the course.

Enrolment Fees: Rs. 24,000/- to be deposited at the time of admission.
