Calcutta University has invited application for the admission to PhD in Applied Psychology course. Candidates who are willing to apply can apply before the last date. Scanned copy of duly filled in application form with passport size photograph should be submitted within 20/05/2021 through email to the email-id appliedpsychologyret2021@gmail.com.
Candidates also need to enclose the following documents scanned self-attested copies of certificates and mark sheets of Master’s degree, age proof certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), and copy of Aadhar card and copy of SBI payment receipt along with the duly filled application form
Eligibility Criteria: M.A. / M.Sc. In Applied Psychology/ Psychology
Seats: 20 (Unreserved – 12, OBC A – 2, OBC B – 1, SC – 4, ST – 1)
Admission Procedure: candidates will have to appear in a written examination of 2.5 hours, to be held online on Sunday, 06/06/ 2021 from 12 noon. The meeting link to attend the exam will be sent to the candidate over Mail.
The result will be published before 14/06/2021.
The successful candidates will be called for an online interview (link will be sent to the email ids) on Wednesday, 16/06/2021 from 1 PM
The candidates who have already cleared UGC (JRF) examination/NET/SET/SLET /Teacher Fellowship or equivalent examinations or passed the M.Phil. in Psychology or equivalent examinations need not appear for the written examination. They can appear directly for the interview but they need to submit their application forms for admission within stipulated date i.e. 20/05/2021.
