Eligibility Criteria
The following are the eligibility criteria that an aspirant should match to apply for admission to the M.Phil Clinical Psychology and Professional Diploma in Clinical Psychology course:
The candidate must be an Indian National or a Person of Indian Origin (PIO) or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholder with a registration before 4th March 2021 (as PIO/OCI). A basic psychology degree, i.e. bachelor’s degree, and a master’s degree, including MA or MSc in psychology, applied psychology, counseling psychology, or clinical psychology, are required.
Candidates who have completed five years of integrated psychological coursework are also qualified. Graduation and postgraduate degrees must be obtained in full-time regular mode from a university or institution accredited by the University Grant Commission (UGC) with a minimum aggregate of 55%. The minimum aggregate for candidates from ST and SC is 50%.
Note – The candidates with correspondence or part time or distance course degrees are not eligible to apply. There is no age limit to apply for both above described programs.

Entrance Exam and Interview Detail
- The entrance exam will be conducted in offline mode through an OMR sheet
- The exam is 90 marks
- The candidate must score not less than 50% (45) marks in the entrance exam, and for SC/ ST aspirants, the score should be at least 40% (36).
- Examination center – SIDDHARTHA MEDICAL COLLEGE, BESIDES NEW GOVT. GENERAL HOSPITAL, VIJAYAWADA.
- The following entrance exam interview will take place for the candidate who passed the entrance examination. The interview will be for 10 marks
